ARMagnets.com Shipping / Return Policy
All single item Licensed ARMagnets orders and quantity 2 orders will be shipped via UPS in a corrugate mailer. All multiple item ARMagnets orders ( quantity 3 or more ) will be shipped via UPS in a corrugated box.
Returns for any reason can only be processed if purchaser notifies ARMagnets.com within 24 hours of delivery. Purchaser must contact ARMagnets.com through the ARMagnets.com web-site e-mail link. Contact sales@armagnets.com and explain reason for return. Please indicate if you would like replacement product or money back.
Following notification of ARMagnets.com within the 24 hour period, we will process your return request and e-mail either a confirmation or a decline of the return request. When you receive the confirmation e-mail, please print it out and include it with product for return. You must ship back to ARMagnets.com at your expense.
Money back returns will be granted only for damaged product due to shipping or manufacturing defects. All returns will be processed with the purchaser covering the return shipping. If purchaser would like replacement product, ARMagnets.com will send replacement ARMagnets at no cost to purchaser.
If ARMagnets.com receives a returned product that we feel has been fraudulently represented, ARMagnets will notify appropriate authorities and the purchaser.
Once order is placed, cancelations will NOT be processed.
ARMagnets.com does not provide returns or exchanges for product that has been stolen. ARMagnets.com does not provide returns or exchanges for product that has been displayed in a manner that may cause damage or loss of ARMagnets. In addition, if your vehicle or display area is made of material non-accepting of magnetic vinyl such as fiberglass cars (corvette owners) our product will not display on your vehicle. Returns will not be granted for this. It is up to purchaser to know if the intended display area will accept magnetic vinyl.
